Going on Camps

From the 24 to the 26 of August, I went to Perisher Blue Ski Resort with my girl guide group. We left really early Friday morning and during the 8 hr bus ride we stopped at Canberrra, and went to the museum. There we saw heap of cool stuff, including Pharlaps heart......very cool. I was pretty good a t skiing and only stacked it a few times. I ran into a tree. It hurt. Alot. But just so you know, I spent all of 2006 in Canada on a teacher exchange. So I had plenty of opportunities to ski hroughout the year, so being back on the slopes bought back alot of memories of skiing with my friends. I had so much fun.

My second camp I went on went from the 1st the 6th of September. It was State Junior Music Camp. That was held at Stanwell Tops Conference Centre. I did the math, and I did 9 hrs of singing everyday, not that I'm complaining. It was so much fun! On Wednesday night I had a solo singing Stop! In the Name Of Love! Every one loved it, and on Thursday night, all the kids performed for the parents. It was so much fun, and I'd like to thank MuM and Dad for giving me the opportunity to do that.
